Merrion Security provides maintenance and service to Intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire alarms, Access control networks, Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting.

We have a number of standard agreements, however if these do not suit your specific needs then we can develop a specific package for your needs

Intruder Alarm Maintenance

Maintenance to comprise of two routine on-site inspections per annum, including full test of intruder alarm system, replacement of batteries, access to 24-hour emergency service.

Fire Alarm Maintenance

Four visits per annum to test/adjust, replace standby batteries as required, access to 24-hour emergency service Maintenance visits in compliance with Irish Standard IS3218 : 2009.

CCTV Maintenance

Annual Maintenance to include two visits to site per annum, to test, clean, adjust and refocus cameras as necessary, full testing of digital recording and access to 24-hour emergency service

Access Control Network Maintenance

Annual Maintenance to include two visits to site per annum, to ensure that all its hardware elements, namely locks, card readers, and the software platform, operate reliably.

Fire Extinguisher Maintenance

Annual fire extinguisher maintenance in compliance with IS291 Irish Standard. The cost includes for the mandatory test discharging/refilling of an average of 25% of equipment.

Emergency Lighting Maintenance

Annual emergency lighting maintenance in compliance with IS 3217 Irish Standard.

Repairs

We are able to maintain and repair the industry standard fire and security systems. After the repair visit, a full report would be compiled indicating all the checks and repairs carried out on your system. All chargeable items would be agreed prior to any works being carried out, this way there are no hidden costs.
